1. Open-Xchange Named Finalist for LinuxWorld Expo Awards
Open-Xchange is proud to announce that its leading open source 
collaboration server Open-Xchange has been named a finalist for 
a LinuxWorld Expo Product Excellence Award in the 
"Best Messaging Solution" category. We invite you to visit 
Open-Xchange at LinuxWorld Expo Boston, MA, from 
April 3 - 6 at the IBM partner booth.

2. Samba OXtender available
Today we announce the availability of a new extension to 
Open-Xchange Server, called Samba OXtender. Customers will 
have full access to Logon, File and Print services for Microsoft 
Windows workstations through Open-Xchange Server 5 - 
giving customers the option to fully replace Microsoft Exchange 
as well as Microsoft Windows Server at a lower overall software 
cost. The Samba OXtender enhances the Open-Xchange 
administration front-end with key Samba configuration 
capabilities. This way Samba OXtender enables streamlined 
and efficient administration with complete end user functionality 
managed with one single front end. All mission critical data 
such as email messages, files and documents can be consolidated 
in a single place reducing the administration complexity.
