[announce-en] Open-Xchange Revamps the OXtender for Microsoft Outlook

Dear Friends and Users of Open-Xchange,

today Open-Xchange announced the release of a new beta version of the
OXtender for Microsoft Outlook® for Open-Xchange Server 5.

This release delivers support of Microsoft Outlook 2007® and Microsoft®
Vista®; offers significant improvements to the OXtender’s stability, and
provides additional feature enhancements. The OXtender for Microsoft®
Outlook 4.2.17 is available in the Maintenance Portal or at

http://download.open-xchange.com/community/oxtender/outlook/setup_Outlook_OXtender_4.2.17.exe

Please note that this release is still in beta and contains bug fixes
that will only work with a new version of the Open-Xchange Server 5.
Once testing is completed, an official stable release will be made
available for use on productive systems. For more information, please
refer to the official Open-Xchange Forum.

The Open-Xchange team will remain committed to Open-Xchange Server 5 and
