To improve ease-of use, the latest enhancements introduce a wizard that
eases the setup for new and existing Open-Xchange users. The wizard configures
the subscriptions of external mail accounts from Google, GMX, Web.de and many
others, along with social and business networks like Facebook, LinkedIn,
Xing and others, as well as the push synchronization of mobile phones.

2. Thunderbird Connector for Open-Xchange Now Available
 
The "Community OXtender for Thunderbird“ software connector gives users full
access to appointments and contacts stored in the Open-Xchange Server and
enables them to use Thunderbird as a rich PIM client to access data online
and offline.

you can import public holiday calendars in iCal format
into Open-Xchange.
