[coi] Release of OX Coi technical preview 0.11.0 (Android)

Hello everybody,

the OX-Coi team just released another technical preview version. Version 
0.11.0 is a feature / bug fix release for the Android platform. It's 
downloadable via our GitHub repository.

*New Features:*

  * Manage groups: add, remove members and change name or avatar of
    existing groups
  * Do not close the app if the user is not on the Chats section when
    pressing back
  * Frefreshed theming of app to allow future theme support
  * The new advanced setup screen is now also used when editing your account
