Yeah, with me it's giving clear explanation about how the link is against community standards. There's feedback link afterwards, and I complained that there's nothing wrong with coi.me <http://coi.me/> - lets see if anyone fixes it. www.coi-dev.org <http://www.coi-dev.org/> works though.
