[coi] Release of OX Talk technical preview 0.2.1 (Android)

Hello everybody,

the OX-Talk team just released another technical preview version. Version 0.2.1 is a small feature / bug fix release for the Android platform. It's downloadable via our GitHub repository.
Another more feature focus release is already scheduled for Monday next week.

* Split view for chats and invites
* Optimized navigation between chat, contact and profile view (animations added)
