1. Enter the SaaS Business with Open-Xchange's Fixed Price

Open-Xchange has introduced a new „OXrate pricing program“, which
simplifies the pricing structure for new SaaS partners. Each level
offering two options of pricing. For the first option, partners will
receive a flat rate for the first year, which lets them sell an unlimited
number of groupware subscriptions without extra fees. The second option is
available from the second year. If partners guarantee a minimum revenue per
year they will receive a discount ranging from 25 to 38 percent on standard rates.

2. Open-Xchange Increases U.S. Presence with New Sales VP

Open-Xchange moved to increase its U.S. sales presence by announcing the
appointment of Behshad Behnam as vice president of sales, Americas.
Behnam most recently was the channel sales manager for Apptix which rolled out
a new reseller program to recruit systems integrators and telecommunications
companies. Prior to that, he spent three years at Parallels as a channel sales
representative with responsibility for expanding the company’s products and services
