[Olox2-beta] Open-Xchange Releases Partner Beta 2 of OXtender 2 for Microsoft Outlook®

Dear beta tester,
 
This is a Beta2 Release of OXtender 2 for Microsoft Outlook®. This release is meant for Open-Xchange integration partners and knowledgeable customers who are willing to try out the tool and provide feedback to Open-Xchange. The release is available for all, with a valid Open-Xchange license.

With the Beta 2, Open-Xchange provides the test option 2 "Test with client & server installation". Test in your own environment and integrate existing data sources like mail servers or databases, or, set up a fresh system and use it for showcases or to check, reproduce specific issues. It is not feature-complete and not ready for productive environments.

For the new test option 2, the OXtender 2 for Microsoft Outlook® is a server plug-in based on the OSGi Framework it can be added to an existing Open-Xchange installation very easily. Previous beta version Open-Xchange Server 6.17 or later is required to operate this extension.

Please note: Replace stable with 6.18/Beta in the installation instructions.
