[Olox2-beta] Problem Installation Oxtender 2

Die Installation des Oxtender 2 (version v7.0.16_de-de und auch mit
Version 7.0.12_de-de) mit Windows 7 und Exchange 2007 endet mit
folgender Fehlermeldung:
