[oxhe-announce] Open-Xchange Releases Customer Beta of Open-Xchange OXtender for SyncML

Dear Customers of Open-Xchange,
 
Open-Xchange has created a software program called Open-Xchange OXtender for SyncML, which extends the power of Smart Collaboration™ to users of different types of mobile devices offered by major manufacturers. SyncML enabled devices can update users personal contact information over the air. Without any additional software, the OXtender ensures seamless connection and interface between Open-Xchange and common mobile phones. The OXtender for SyncML is a server-side plug-in, based on the Open-Xchange USM synchronization framework. Synchronizing contacts from the personal contact folder is supported.
 
This is the first beta release. In order to maintain product quality, Open-Xchange is opening up a beta program to Open-Xchange Customers and Partners who are willing to try out the tool and provide feedback to Open-Xchange.
