[Open-Xchange Hosting Edition Maintenance Announcements]

Dear Customers of Open-Xchange,

This release introduces several improvements for email management and accessibility, making OX App Suite easier to use for both everyday workflows and assistive technologies.

- Enhanced accessibility throughout OX App Suite: This release includes a broad range of accessibility improvements, including better keyboard navigation, improved screen reader support, enhanced focus handling, clearer ARIA semantics, and improved color contrast across various areas of the user interface. - One-click newsletter unsubscribe: Newsletters and mailing lists now display an unsubscribe banner. When supported, a single click is enough to unsubscribe; otherwise, the relevant unsubscribe page opens automatically. The new OX App Suite UI introduces a feature toggle (io.ox/core//features/unsubscribeFromMailingList) that enables the new functionality by default. - Unread indicators for shared mailboxes: Shared mail accounts now show unread message indicators across all folders, making it easier to spot new activity at a glance.

- More control over sent mail in shared accounts: When sending messages from a shared account, users can now choose where copies of sent messages are stored.

- Pre-Information: LTS releases are supported until the next LTS 'plus six months' to give enough time to schedule, test and rollout the upgrade. Please note, with the official launch of OX App Suite v8.47 LTS in March, OX App Suite v8.35 LTS will be officially supported until September 30, 2026.
