Dear Customers of Open-Xchange,

This is the Release of Open-Xchange Server, Version 6.12. This Update includes new versions of
Open-Xchange Server 6 (OX6), the common basis for the products OX HE (Hosting Edition) and OX SE (Server Edition), and the
OXtender for Microsoft Outlook.
Open-Xchange Client Updater

Version 6.12 offers a comprehensive feature update providing users with new concepts, usability improvements, new features and bug fixes. Upgrades include: 
 
New Concept: Social OX
- Publication of InfoStore folders (Beta)
- Subscribe to Facebook© and Google Mail©
- User can change publication templates (Beta)
- Crawler for subscriptions are configurable by Administrators (Beta)
 
Improved team view
- Creating of appointments within the team view
- Improved view of working time within team view
- Period time of team view is changeable
- Information hover for the team view
 
Various new features and usability improvements
- Save e-mails as .eml on hard disk
- Export of contacts from private- and public folders
- Import of contacts and appointments to all folders
- New default confirmation status settings
- Creating of appointments without personal attendance
- Location displayed within appointment title
- Panel minimization to two lines
 
New OXtender for Microsoft Outlook functionalities
- Redesign of the OXtender user interface
- New installer with update function available
- Administrator can activate/deactivate setting-plug-ins
- System information directly at the product
- Administrator can deploy additional language packages

The version number is the same for the groupware server and the groupware front-end. 
When reporting bugs, please make sure to include this version number in your bug report.

a) in the Login dialog 
b) in the About dialog (Question icon in the upper right -> About)
 
OXtender for MS Outlook
Version: v6.12.1 (2009-09-04) 
When reporting bugs, please include the version number in your bug report. 
The version number can be found 
a) in the splash screen when starting Outlook 
b) Extras -> OXtender for MS Outlook -> About
 
OX Client Updater
Version: v6.12.0 (2009-09-14)
