Dear Customers of Open-Xchange,
We are excited to announce that our new "Zammad" ticket system will go live on May 5th. This new system will replace our current "OTRS" system, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly experience.
Key information:
- For customers accessing "Zammad" for the first time, please click on 'Forgot password' to request a new password. You will have access to Zammad as soon as you have set up your new password.
- The process for you creating a ticket will remain the same.
- The support at open-xchange.com email address will continue to be used.
Main benefits of the new tool:
- Faster and more responsive UI for smoother navigation
- Real-time updates and live ticket activity tracking
- Improved search and filtering options for easier access to your tickets
- Enhanced integration with email and other communication channels
- User-friendly design for a better overall experience
- Multilingual user interface to support users in their preferred language
This system supports and enhances communication between you and Open-Xchange, offering a more transparent and efficient way to manage your support inquiries. This is designed to complement, rather than replace, direct email communication.
Customers with a valid support license have access to all their support tickets, through the Open-Xchange ticket system. For customers accessing Zammad for the first time, please click on 'Forgot password?' to request a new password. You will have access to Zammad as soon as you have set up your new password. The integrated Wiki and user guide are available directly within the Zammad interface to help you get started and make the most of the system.
