[Open-Xchange Server Edition Maintenance Announcements]

Dear Customers of Open-Xchange,

This new release provides an update for OX App Suite v8.49. With every release of Open-Xchange's products we try to enhance functionality, improve stability, refine the user experience, and make operations easier.

Enhancements in this release:

This release contains bug fixes and a few user-facing improvements, including a new language option for German-speaking end users and enhanced mail signature handling.

- We’re introducing a more personalized experience for our German-speaking users. You can now choose between formal and informal language in the user interface. By switching from the traditional and more formal “Sie”, to the more casual “Du,” the UI can better match your preferred tone. This option is easily enabled or disabled at any time in the language settings. For new users, the choice is also available during the initial setup when German is selected, allowing you to tailor the experience right from the beginning.

- Enhanced mail signatures: Mail signatures now support placeholders, admin-configured company signatures, and sanitized HTML rendering with preview in the settings. More information can be found here: https://documentation.open-xchange.com/8/ui/features/signatures.html#configured-placeholder-data
