Comcast requested this patch to be beased on the old 7.10.3-7 they are currently using. As we don't do customer specific forks based on old revisions a possible approach could look like this:

- The upcoming 7.10.3 public patch will be 7.10.3-15 on 2020.06.30
- Comcast's specific private patch will be 7.10.3-16, will be based upon 7.10.3-rev7 and only contain the single fix they requested, other customers must not see this revision
- The fix from 7.10.3-16 will immediately be merged back to master
- Next upcoming public or private patch will be 7.10.3-17 and contain all fixes delivered up to 7.10.3-15 and 7.10.3-16
- When comcast installs 7.10.3-17 they'll receive all fixes including the versions they just skipped: 7.10.3-{8..15}
